| Q: |
What
if I do not register my program? |
| A: |
Some
of the programs will continue to run and you may continue
using them for free whilst others may only allow you to
use them for a certain number of times unregistered. The
boss has been very generous we think and the prices for
registration are also very generous. |

| Q: |
What
if I install a program and it stuffs up my computer? |
| A: |
All
programs have been thoroughly tested. Like most providers
of software however we do have a Disclaimer which you
should read before installing your software. Unfortunately
computers do stuff up from time to time for a multitude of
reasons. Our programs are robust and can be uninstalled.
Our developers have also taken great care to make sure
that your existing windows system files remain untouched
by our installation. Like most software suppliers we
cannot give any guarantees given the number of different
systems out there, some of which may already be unstable
for reasons beyond our control. |

| Q: |
Whilst
installing the software the installation program gives me
a funny message that it has detected a database
installation which may conflict with the software. What
should I do? |
| A: |
Because
the size of the downloadable setup program can be rather
large, we distribute our software only with a partial
database engine which resides with the software itself.
Some people may already have the Borland Database Engine
full installation on their computer which is detected
during setup. If you receive this funny message it is OK
to to press Yes to continue. The only problem you may
encounter however is if you try to load our software
program simultaneously with another program which uses
your full database engine installation. |

| Q: |
How
do I backup the data of my application? |
| A: |
All
of the data is stored in database files stored in a
subfolder called DATA. This folder resides directly
underneath the relevant program files directly which is
generally located in the Program Files folder. Before
backing up the data files please ensure that you r
application is not in use at the same time. |
